For years, Venus Jewellers has been part of the downtown Bridgeburg community — serving generations of customers from Fort Erie and the surrounding Niagara region. In December 2024, the business entered an exciting new chapter.
Ryan Warren and Arlen O’Neill officially took ownership of Venus Jewellers on November 30, 2024 — continuing a long-standing jewellery tradition while thoughtfully modernizing the store for the future.

Venus Jewellers has been a fixture of the downtown Bridgeburg community for decades — building deep roots and loyal relationships with customers across Fort Erie and the Niagara region.
The transition was intentional and thoughtful.
Ryan and Arlen approached the transition with care — learning operations, meeting customers, and understanding the rhythms of the business before officially taking the helm.
The philosophy they carried forward was simple:
Stay open. Protect the loyal customer base. Move forward gradually.
That philosophy continues to guide the store today.
